I have a customer that uses analog stations on a 911 console for non-emergency calls. These stations are members of a DDC hunt group.
The customer was recently upgraded from 7.1 to 8.1.
After the upgrade, calls that are transferred to the hunt group lead number do not show the correct caller id.
Calls directly to the hunt group lead number do show the correct caller id.
The same results happen when the calls are transferred to one of the analog stations, or if the analog station is directly dialed.
A call transferred to an H.323 IP phone does show the correct caller id.
We have been trying to get Avaya to resolve this for over a month, with little progress so far.
So, once again, the issue only occurs when a call is transferred to an analog station, and only happened after an upgrade from 7.1 to 8.1.
