No Caller ID after Nupoint AA transfer

I have set up my ports according to Nupoint UM 3.0 however when I call into AA(Call Director Mailbox)via PRI and the call transfers..... I don't get Caller ID...just port number. What am I missing? These are my settings.

Here are the COS options that the config wizard enables that are releated to Caller ID and not already on your list.
