No Call log on M3904, Why?

Hi,

We have several M3904 telephones, but the call logging does not work on any of them.
Nothing is registred..but call log is activated on the set.

Someone who has an idea of why this can be?

rls and switch type? sounds like a patch, i don't know of a place that you can turn that off.

so you've got ICDA set and all ok on the routes? extn numbers configured in logger?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Anyone figure out the problem, I have the same problem on a few 3904 phones.
