No busy tone with VoIP

Hi,

What could cause the problem that when busy on an IP extension that when a person calls you, this person does not get a busy tone?

can you tell me your version (bcxx?) and route parameters (rocap; & rodap; & lcddp:tab=pnr; lcddp:tab=rct; roddp:dest=all; roddp:dest=all,ipopt=yes; nadap;)
