no busy tone ipoffice

i have some problem with some calls i make with ipoffice version 2.016.
if i make a internal call to an extension and if this person is busy with a call, then i get no busy tone. On the side of the caller its quiet.


Could you help me with this. (with vm pro)

Has the phone been set to off hook operation for use with a headset?
this will prevent the busy tone as PM indicates the status on the ext before the call is placed.
