No buffer space available error on HP UX 11

greetings,
we're running our socket app on HP UX. Every now and then, we get this error:-

operation <java.net.SocketException: No buffer space available>

We practically have to restart the application when this happens. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to duplicate.

any similar experiences?
