No boot after upgrading IOS version on C3548

After upgrading I get something like :

If i change BOOT variable with the other image I get the same message .

What's happening : neither the old version or the new version works !

I found my error : the BOOT variable was c3500XL-c3h2-mz-120.5.1-XP in place of flash:/c3500XL-c3h2-mz-120.5.1-XP.bin
Now everything is OK !
