I got a user who received a message which just had the persons signature in it, then when she hit reply the body of the original me4ssage showed up. Did not matter if we viewed it in preview or opened it, nothgin there until she replied or forwarded the message, any ideas? Outlook 2003, Exchange 2007.

Something like that happened to a user i know. it was not that the body of the message was not there, it was in a faint yellow font color and you just could not see it. if you clicked on Edit, then "Edit message", to edit the recieved mesage, you could highlight the text and then see it. i can't recall how we fixed it, but we messed around with Fonts, and stationary quite a bit. Also, see if this happens from just that one sender, or from multiple senders.

Hi,

In the received message that you cannot read do...

[b[Edit > Select all[/b]

Chances are the FONT COLOR is something that does not contrast with the background of the message box.

It is not the font color, font is black and background is white.

Nope, one particular one. One thing of note the person who sent it is in china, not sure if that means anything. The font is Arial, so it is not a missing font.

From one guy in China. Huh!

was it like...
