I just purchased a new dell server with a backup tape drive (4mm). I don't know a lot about tape backups but I was assured it was easy to install and start backing up immediately. When I go to Device group configuration I do not have any available devices to assign to the new group I created. In Device manager I can see the drive and the scsi card it is attached to, Please help!!
