No Automatic Dial Option

I have a group of T7316E phones (6) that have no Automatic Dial Option in User preferences.

I checked both in programming (BCM 3.6) and at the stations themselves.

I disabled all the stations and brought them all back and one phone started showing the automatic dial option but the others still show only Pre-Dial and Standard Dial.

Any ideas what would cause this.

I know I could probably try copying user data and system data to the phones, but I am avoiding this as the line and button programming are different on each and every phone, and I'm not certain that would work..

But unless anyone knows why it's doing this, i am guessing that's my only option.

Does anyone have any other ideas? Should i be concerned that the system seems to be acting flaky in this manner?

All other phones on the system, and even on that module seem fine...
 
Yes I did.. It only has Pre-Dial and Standard Dial Options
 
If you're trying to set automatic dial on a PRI with the prime line set to the line pool, it will not appear or work. You need to set the prime line to intercom and they will need to dial the 9 to get out. It will work that way for sure.
 
Yes All those settings are there.
In the end I had to copy a phone that had the autodial selected on it.
Of course I had to redo all of my line assignments...

Just out of curiosity though I did change the Prime Line to a pool, but I still had the automatic Dial option... weird...
