Hi all
In testing we noticed that that when the Avaya IX workplace windows soft phones call each other internally there is no audio.
But when we call from softphone to physical phone or for physical to soft phone there is audio.
When they call any local or mobile number that is working perfectly and vice versa.
Has anyone encounter this time of issue before, if so how did you solve it?
