We just switched some numbers to be delivered in Sip trunking. Now we have issue that the some calls are not being delivered properly.

For regular users, all are fine, We created translation pattern/TP from 10 digit to match 4 digit and it is ringing to the phone, then voicemail greeting/message.

The problem is in the main number. The main number is being delivered in the Unity Call handler profile.

So we created TP 333-444-5555 and Called Party Transform Mask to 5555. The main number call handler profile also has 5555 as the extention.

When we call the number, it reach the greeting/menu, then we press the option 0 (general mailbox), it is ringing (seems like being transferred) but then we get DEAD AIR. Also does the same thing when we choose other options.

Workaround that we do is sending the call to PSTN and send it back to UCM again using TP to unity.

Can someone give me some input?

Try creating a CTI route point for extension 5555 and have the DN setting call forwarded to voicemail. If that does not work, you may want to create a seperate extension for the general mailbox.

Sounds like a problem I had ages ago which was fixed by:

voice service voip
no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily
