I'm working on an IP Office 9.0.5 system that has 9508 digital phones and sip "Integra" trunks. Some extensions Twin work great every time. And Some extensions Twin that don't work at all. You can't hear the caller and they can't hear you. I've done a stare and compare to the extensions and they look the same, or I made them the same. I'm stumped. Any thoughts on this

I would try using Forward Unconditional, if anything only to narrow down the issue. If it works, you know it is something with Twinning.

Been there, done that

Could be an issue between the SIP provider and the Cell Carrier.

Thanks to technology, we can instantly communicate across the world, but it still doesn't help us know what to say.

So, what I have found is the extensions that had no audio had recording turned on. So as a quick fix, I turned that off. But the customer would still like to record all calls.

You could try upgrading to at least 9.0.9, this might apply to you

IPOFFICE-100142 IP500 - SIP trunk - No speech path with mobility calls

Otherwise make a monitor trace to see what's going on, that's usually were I start.
