I have an I1220 linked to a BCM50 via public IP with port forwarding to the BCM LAN IP. The phone links up fine and all features work, but I get no audio. I had the IT person ensure that all ports needed for voice paths are open, buyt still nothing. Any suggestions on what I am missing?

No audio on 1220 from BCM50

Get the NAT keycode or you will have to take the VPN route. Either way you need to verify that the proper ports are opened.
