No audio hearing announcement from gateway in other network-region

Recording of the gateway is working but when i dial the announcement extension i do not hear the announcement but the line stays open for the announcement lenght. Wen i tranfers the phone to the same region as the gateway i have no problem. Phonecalls between the regions are workin normal.

Has anyone a idea ?
