I am back hauling on a 406 over a VOIP line to another site to make outbound calls. Local tones are on. I can make local , LD calls and can receive calls. I can hear ringing in the handset for all outbound calls on land lines. I cannot hear ringing on calls to Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobile and Sprint cell phone numbers. I CAN hear ringing on outbound calls to Nextel. Any suggestions?
