We have a BCM 400 Rls 4.0 with i1140 phones internal and they work fine. We have five external phones that go through a Cisco 506e router and we turned nat on coming in through a public ip address and then NAT to our BCM. We connect but no voice. Any recommendations, I was told by some to replace the Cisco router.
