All of a sudden one of my clients site at ext-10 keeps displaying "No ASA/DXD Card"

I can't seem how to clear that or why that is saying that.

If the system never had the optional ASA/DXD PCMCIA card installed in one of the front slots of the processor, the system has been programmed to think that one is supposed to be there.

Off the top, I can't remember which option is used to activate and deactivate the feature, but other members will. [smile]

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

Someone probably dial Intercom 891 or 892, the code to record the ASA or DXD message. Without the card installed, the error shows on the display. The only way to clear it is to cycle the power to the system, or do a Reset-Save All from Ext. 10 or 11.

Check if you have a button assigned in #111 or #113, any lines assigned in #204 or #205. You may have to assign a button, turn it on then off, which will bring up the error, then restart the system.
