I have set-up 2 jobs, One a Differential backup and the other a Full backup. The Diff backup runs Monday-Friday and the Full runs on Saturday. I use a Adic 6 slot Device. I have assigned Slot one tape to the Diff job and slot 2 tape to the Full job. I set the Append to 7 days for the Diff job and 2 days for the Full job. The Diff backup ran fine Monday - Friday, but on Saturday the Full backup started but could not fined a tape. I checked the and the a tape is assigned to that job. Why can't it fined it. I even moved another tape from the scratch media to the job and tried to run it again but it failed. Can someone help me with this????
