No Answer Recall Timer

MCD 3300 CXi11 Release 4.2

Scenario
Incoming external call is answered via embedded Vmail MLAA
Caller presses option 1 which routes to a Ring Group.
After 125secs the call is returned to the Vmail MLAA.
125 secs is the max No Answer Recall Timer
Is there any way of increasing this time or stopping it returning to the auto attendant.
We want the call to continue ringing out.
 
Supuervised transfer is off at present
 
With Unsupervised Transfer, calls to non-forwarded extensions that are busy or unanswered do not return to the Auto Attendant for further processing. The caller must hang up and call the voice mail system again to attempt another action
 
Just checked further and found calls ro the ring group forward after 20 seconds to a "catch all" multicall key on additional phones.
