No answer info in SMDR? 1

Is it possible to see the extensions that don't answer their calls in SMDR? I would like to fetch the not answering extensions and make statistics for each department....

yes,you can.

check clinp; printout, parameter LOGABN must be set to yes. then abandonned calls will be logged.

Hello , the logabn can only be used with flexible format . In the case you want this used , you have to make
a flexible format form one that match your current one with CLFOC .
