No answer forward to hunt group 1

I am missing something here. I have a DN and want to forward to a hunt (have a pilot#), but where in the phone/DN settings do I specify the pilot number? I try the ring no answer option with the pilot #, but it never goes there.

Make sure you aren't checking the box beside the FWDNA causing the call to go to VMail. If it isn't going to VMail where is it going?

can you dial the pilot number from that phone?

I wish I had a dollar for everytime I checked that box and moved on only to come back and have to fix it.
