I have installed a ciscoworks2000 , but the problem is that i can not see any ANI server option in my cisco works any one can help me ????????

No ANIServer Options in Ciscoworks

CiscoWorks version that I am useing is 5th edition.
Please go to
C:\progra~1\CSCOpx\bin
stop the daemon manager executing the following command
net stop crmdngtd
on the same directory run the following script
perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=ani dmprefix=ANI
All the info in the databases is going to be lost.
start the daemon manager
net start crmdmgtd
wait for 10 minutes before you log in to CW
