No ADPCM Codec

One of the laptops purchased by an employee has a software that requires the Microsoft ADPCM Codec...NOW I THOUGHT it came with windows...apparently Dell forgot and its not on the cds or anything. Could someone direct me to a download or where I may acquire it. I have tried reinstalling the drivers, installing other codec packages I googled it and a site said QuickTime had it, it doesn't. Any help would be Mucho Appreicated.
