Installed GroupWise 5.5 on WIN2K PC. It works, but user cannot see the address book. I have removed GW through control panel, then used GW Cleanup, then installed the Windows2000 messaging system as prescibed in TID 2955774, then re-installed GW. Still cannot see address book.

Also, one message on this forum recommended using "only the enhancement pack client with WIN2K" How/Where can I get the "Enhancement Pack Client" Will this fix the missing address book problem? I do not want the entire enhancement pack. Just the "Client"

Thank You

Make sure your GroupWise compomponents...

Novell GroupWise Address Book
Novell GroupWise Message Store
Novell GroupWise Transport Provider
Novell Personal Address Book

Are all added into the Services Icon of the Mail ICON under the control panel. I ran into this and had to add them in manually. One other check you might look into is under the same Icon and make sure the Novell GroupWise Address Book is selected under "Show this address list first:" Don't know if this will help...Hope it does.

Okay, I don't know what happened to the word "components" but it sure didn't come out the way I wanted it to. Please let me clarify my statement a little better....

compomponents = components david e
