No action in the properties

I'm running GW6sp2 on Netware 5.1sp4

I have an issue when a user sends an appointment to several users and checks the proerties later to see if the appointment has been accepted, there is no action for some users. We verified that the user did get the appointment and accepted it. But the sender is unable to verify this when looking at his mail properties.

Any ideas why one user out of eight would not have any action listed?

I apologize if this is too rudimentary, but the first place I'd look is in this problem users acct, look at Tools/Options/Send/Appointment. Make sure the "All Information" radio button is clicked in the "Create a Sent Item to Track Information" section.
