no Access to Symm 4.8

Hi,

we have a Symmetrix 4.8 and i want to configure it with a Sun Adminserver and ECC. GAtekeeper are assigned, but i had to disable the VCM Bit on FA, before we cant see them. Now the Gatekeeper are available, looks normal. But we cant access the Symm because teh following error:

--- root@omega : /var/symapi/log
--- 55 # symmaskdb -sid 838 list db

Error opening the gatekeeper device for communication to the Symmetrix

Any Idea?
