I have power users and sales staff that would like to synchronize email to their local drives through Citrix. They currently have the ability to sync while in the office. I know that Citrix being a thin-client, this is not what it was designed for.
That being said, when I try to set up offline settings, they do not appear in the Tools\Services\Properties\Advanced tab. Is this a setting that has to be turned on during installation of Outlook or is it a Citrix issue?
We are using Office 2000 SP2, Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 on a Windows 2000 server.
Any help would be appreciated.
