Help!
I am trying to configure my Exchange 2000 Serverto host several Usenet newsgroups. So far I have performed the following:
1. Installed and activated the NNTP protocol
2. Installed my inbound feed
Peer Pull Feed
Remote host: mysitename-in.news.xxx.net
Enable feed
Pull articles onward from 1/1/03
Subscription: k12.ed.*, k12.library, microsoft.public.exchange2000.*
Schedule: 5 minutes
Security: No authentication necessary
3. Installed my outbound feed
Peer Push Feed
Remote host: mysitename-out.news.xxx.net
Enable feed
Unique path: news.xxx.net
Subscription: *
Schedule: 15 minutes
Security: No authentication necessary
So, now I am expecting it to work.. No dice. The folders for the newsgroups are created automatically in my Internet Newsgroups Public Folder but no articles are ever downloaded. I seem to be able to post OK but no new articles appear, other than the ones I post.
My ISP is useless in helping me with this.. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Hunter
