This is in refrence to the below post about Caller ID problems. The card I have is as follows NNTM845579CI rev 02 . So any other ideas on why the caller ID is not working from the exteral telephone lines?

what you've postedis a serial # and not a part # ...

Look on the front of the card and embossed in black toward the top will be DS, LS/DS, or CI on the card. only the CI card is caller id.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.
