I am inheriting a BCM 50 but I may not be able to get the nnadmin password, is there any way to get the password or default it back to the PlsChg... etc, password

Yes, Research doing a level 2 reset. This puts it back to factory but if you have keycodes they will need to be reentered.

Depends on the release. You can't do a level 2 reset on release 6 without logging into it. You have to call Avaya and get them to do it for you. You can also replace the hard drive with an Avaya multi image unit.
