NMPOP3 Attachment issue

Hi

I have used the NMPOP3 to process e-mails and attachments. Until recently attachments have been "behaving" themselves but for some reason I have e-mails that are Excel spreadsheets that the NMPOP3 now calls the attachment text.tmp instead of the full name. The directory that the attachments are saved to is empty to begin with.

has anyone seen this before ? Know why ? i am told the Excel sheets being emailed are the same format

any help . clues appreciated.
