NMI/DMS100 vs ATT Custom/5ESS??? 1

I am on-site trying to cut 2 T1's. Integra is telling me that they cannot do ATT Custom - the guy is telling me he knows a lot about Magix and they run NM1 - whatever - has anyone heard of this???

It is Integra, but a formerly Eschelon CO that has upgraded to a Northern Telecom switch; I think we are going to be OK with DMS100 and NI1 - I didn't realize that the AT&T Custom is for 5ESS and other settings can be used for other CO's - thanks.

The DMS-100 setting in the LT-def is U-459 for the 5ESS AT&T custom protocol emulation, don't let them tell you otherwise!!!
You will probably suffer grief with NI1.

And suffer grief we did...they (Integra) finally rerouted it somehow and made it work 5ESS/ATT Customer - I will save your setting note - thanks.
