NMAP protocol file

Does anyone know of a file that has a good listing of all of the ports that Windose uses that can replace the NMAP file it uses to report on the identity of discovered ports? The main file NMAP uses correlates with the IANA listing of most common ports, and if anyone has ever done an extensive scan of Windose system knows that M$ uses ports as they see fit, even if they are registered with IANA. So, what I'm looking for is a flat file that can replace, or used instead of the file NMAP reads for port descriptions.

This may help you identify what is opened and used over time..

windows 2003 server port list:

and you can also see open ports by using netstat on the command line.
