Hi MD experts!
There is a NLOG key programmed on digital phone. An incoming call can be registered in system.

Problem is that caller ID is registered without prefixes (to seize trunks and to make long distance call).

Where can I set-up DEST, prefix to long distance calls and other codes (like in BP50/250 my area and international code ) to properly call-back.

you must add prefix with nutri

like this :

suppose your incoming clip is

123456789 (national number)

and your prefix to dial outside is 99 then nutri would be :

NUTRI:ENTRY=1,CNVTYP=2,NUMTYP=2,PRE=99; (optional you can specify ROU=x, only >= BC11)

like this you'll get 99123456789 in your NLOG and you can call-back
