Just over the last week my system has been hanging and when looking in Task Manager nlnotes.exe is using 90% of the processor. At the time I wasn't doing anything in notes, it was just open. I un and re-installed and am still having the problem. Any ideas besides a system rebuild?

Maybe circular directory links?
Maybe data directory is on a compressed volume?
Maybe a scheduled agent is running on local?

The advice in the IBM link is good ... make sure your fix levels are up to date. Even if you can't identify specific causes of the problem, Lotus may have done so and fixed it.
