NLnotes.exe has encountered a problem

Hi
We have just bought 30 new IBM Windows XP desktops and Lotus Notes keeps crashing.
For no apparent reason a warning comes up saying

'NLnotes.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close'

Send/Dont send Error report.

Another window also pops up saying
Error Signature
App Name:NLnotes.exe
App Ver: 0.0.0.0
NodName: Unknown
NodVer: Unknown
Offset: 0003f3c8
then a load of reporting details

Can anyone help here as we are struggling??

No solution here but welcome to the club.
Here is my post from last friday to solve a similar nlnotes.exe problem.
Have a look and see if anything can help you.

Something has just struck me.
The only thing I did not change was the patch leads and ethernet hub that this client was connected to.
I've just done it now. Will let you know how I got on.

Same result.
Client crashed with the memory reference error.

When is the crash occuring? What are the user doing?
Was Notes pre-installed or did you do fresh installs?
