Hi - One of my users gets the message NLNotes caused exception 10H in module NNotes.dll at 1057:1022aa60 about 50% of the time when printing one particular form to a Lexmark E312 printer . They're on Windows 95 machines running Notes 4.6.3 , I've tried updating to the latest printer drivers which hasn't solved the problem . I've also spoken to Lexmark and Lotus support and had no joy.
Any ideas ?
cheers

Well, its nice to know I am not alone! We have 2 users who is using third party software on lotus and is getting NLNOTES.DLL exception 10H error, then the application shutsdown. The vendor of the applcations blames the printer drivers. I have installed the latest drivers and still get the error. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Rochdale , Having tried all the available new drivers I seem to have solved it by going backwards . I downgraded to Lexmark E310 drivers and so far (touch wood) the problem hasn't reoccured .
cheers

I have seen similar errors, but usually "out of Memory Errors" while printing.

Try this....

Cut and paste the text of the emil into a word or text document and then print. If it prints properly.....

Check the origin of the email....specifically...are the customers composing email in MS Word or other text editor and then using copy/cut & paste into the email body? If so, hidden code and font attributes conflict with the Notes default font causing several printing errors similar to yours.

A possible solution is to change the font of the email text prior to printing. Or...cut&paste into text doc.

Let me know if this works...I am curious.
