NLB losing connection at first setup 1

I am trying to setup my first NLB Terminal Servers and here is what I have
for specs

Windows 2003
Twin Dell 6650's
Dual NICs in each / One nic with a public address other nic with a private
address

I am using the NLB manager util and I can ping all IPs back and forth from
the servers but once I add the second host to the cluster then I lose
connection to the public IP and it never gets added to the cluster. I did
RIS image the first server and then put that onto the second server. I read
somewhere that the Network cards GUID would stay the same when you do this
so I uninstalled and reinstalled the NICs on Number 2. Any help would be
much appreciated.

NLB manager, shall we say, has issues. Try it this way.

Is there anyway of testing my servers out to see how many users it can handle and if it is sending users to both servers?

There's a webstress tool in one of the resource kits, I don't remember which one.
