someone knows if is possible to modify the userid and password to access at NIUX commands?

if yo mean, changing the passwords, without knowing them ie (hacking it) via NIUX, I dont think so

I have the the default userid and password and I want to change it.

Try it with

IOUAC:Name=MDUSER,NNAME=XXXXX(PSW=YYY);

But Note:

The name of the default account can be changed but it must be changed by the account owner. Users can change only the password of their own account.

you can change only the name.

Do it with:
