I have a dead system and I have to make the INL from niux, I
know the parameters for 128 and 256 ATA Flash but I don't know for 512 that happen to be the only one I got.

so, for example I know

For a 128mb flash with syssubfs11 & syssubfs21 ( 60MB each )
mkfs /DEV/AT01 3c00 3a98 0100 (syssubfs11 = 60MB)
mkfs /DEV/AT02 3c00 3a98 3d00 (syssubfs21 = 60MB)

For a 256mb flash with syssubfs11 &syssubfs21 ( 122MB each )
mkfs /DEV/AT01 7a00 7724 0100 (syssubfs11 = 122mb)
mkfs /DEV/AT02 7a00 7724 7b00 (syssubfs21 = 122mb)

Can some one please tell me for 512 or even better: how to calculate <nblocks> <ninodes> <part_block>

Thanks before hand guys

It is much easier to configure the NIU in NIUX for IP (command "netcnf e" to set IP parameters). Then set up the connection in Customer Database and use MD Disk Tool to create the file system, it allows you to choose the size of the file system. This will also help you create the INL.
