thank you for help

Try this, since it is down anyway.... (Your B channels are down)

DEA-BSSU:DI,1,1,25,0;
and then
ACT-BSSU:AUL,1,1,25,0;

That will essentially "reboot" the board and with luck it will clear and come back up. You may have to do the same thing on the other side.

I am doing this from home, so I am a bit unsure about DI (Deactivate Immediately) and AUL (best guess: Automatically Update Loadware - AKA refresh the data) so if it doesn't like them then just do DEA-BSSU and press enter and it will ask you questions.

It may tell you something about your last reference clock and ask if you want to shut it off, and I would answer No to that (Refoff= ? )

Usually when I have a connectivity issue like this with the CO I shut my end down like this for 30 seconds (long enough for the CO to "freak out") and then turn it back up. This usually resolves the issue. When I was running CorNet on a point to point connection I sometimes had to shut down and reactivate the boards on both sides to get the problem to clear.

Being the less than disciplined person I am I will also note that I have achieved the same results by yanking the boards out on both sides and popping the boards back in on both sides simultaneously. Such a thing would occur if I was too lazy to get the laptop out of the truck so I could login to issue the commands. People that have been in the business a long time frown on that, but the newer belief is that it's not really that bad to do. I'll leave that up to you, but it saves commands!!

One caution though on the newer systems (V6, V7) that have the DIUT2 cards in them it is important to note that one board may be supporting 2 different T1 circuits and pulling or deactivating the board will take them both down, but I don't think that is an issue in V5.
