I have problem to access NIU2 in remote,I think there is problem on NIU2.
How to change the NIU2 Board?

NIU2 boards go rarely broke. did you try to restart it (pull out, put back in)?

i restart the board,pull-out and pull-in,still I cannot access in remote.I want to replace the board.what is the command to replace the existing NIU?

just replace the board with an other NIU board.
you have to write the EIC code into the new board.

Still, im not convinced your board is broke. what do you mean with access by remote? IP? V24?

please give more details.

I want to access one of our sites in my house via modem.I call the technician to remove and re insert again the NIU,after re-insert the NIU,I can acess the MD but after 5 minutes when I will access again.I cannot access.

so the board is not defective, it just blocks.

NUI blocking can be caused by some things:

known are:

- blocking due to too much network traffic (is this board connected to the network?)
- mixing applications on the same NIU (for example CIL and GICI)
