Hello trying to access CIL's located on CF from Linux system but no success. CF has one partition with FAT16 FS on it and no files. When I use dd to copy all data from CF to file on disk and using after that less I can see actually the CILs but my question is how I can mount it or read from linux or any other OS.

Thanks in advance.

MD110 uses a minix filesystem.
Don't know if you can read it from linux.
CIL files can be read via FTP on NIU.

Ok. But my CF is formated with FAT16. Yes I can see files on it with using hexeditor on bit copy of disk image. But i cannot mount it. it not looks like minix fs or at least not one known by linux. I was looking for some minix fs magic number inside the bit copy but with no success. If anybody can give some hint it will be very useful.

why all the trouble if you can access CIL data via other ways??

Somebody mentioned that CF was successfully mounted on linux. I just play with it but with no success. Because for me it looks strange to have FAT16 on CF and also have other filesystem which is hidden.
