NIU2 doesn´t allow change of firmware

Hi, everybody, do you have any idea why this NIU2 won´t let me change its firmware?

you can't downgrade 2 versions lower. (so do R6A->R5A and R5A->R4A)

My question: why downgrade?

latest NIU versions are:

NIU/1 : R19A
NIU/2 : R10A

Thanks for your information Daddy. I wanted to use R4A because is the same revision we have on another NIU2 that is working without problems for us.
