NIU problem

Hi guys!

I am trying to activate the ethernet NIU interface but it doesn´t work. Is there a specific license to use the interface?
I set up the configuration of the port with IP, gateway and mask. The port on the switch blinks but I can´t to ping the NIU.
On the mode NIUX I can ping the own NIU. The IP address is on the same subnet LAN network.
What´s wrong or missing?

Make sure the switch port is 10Mb half duplex.
