NIU board problem

Hi all,

I have problem with NIU board ;(.
MD110 BC10

Telnet connection not working.
I can't logon also via serial, it is no respond.
In winfiol if I unplug serial I get response "connection lost"

Is there a metod to restore connection without restarting MD110 because backup was not taken long time.
Other serials not defined and also don't respond.

I read tread thread806-1285915 is there other way to restore connection?

Hi

If you have problem to connect to your system via NIU, you have 2 options :
1/Unplug/plug the board to make a board restart and hope that it solve your problem.
2/one push button on LPU5
When I specify on push button, you have to press twice the button in fact, because after the first press, the button remains inserted. In that situation the processor is halted and the communications are freezed. You have to press it a second time to unlock it and make everything in normal operation.
This action create a data relaod, so if you are sure that there is at least one valid backup, you can do that action.
