I have a customer that has inherited a Nitsuko i124, I have the manuals but want to know where I can get the program to program via a PC?

It also has a NVM-202 voicemail system, can you program it via PC?

Is there a way to default both the phone system and the voicemail if you don't have the passwords?

Thanks,

Dave

I used to progam the NVM with Procom or PC-Plus connected to the com port on the back of the pc. I believe the default connection was 9600,N,8,1. Mind you this was about 8 years ago. It may have changed. You do need a PC program for the i124. Don't have that though sorry.

Do you know where I can get the PC program?

Better yet, do you know if there is a back door password to reset the switch and/or voicemail as the customer does not have the supervisor passwords for either.

Thanks,

Dave

Sorry
The only backdoor password on Nitsuko I remember was for the ole Onyx systems.
You'll probably have to contact a dealer for the software.
If you have a remote connection they maybe able to access remotely to set you up and save on a tech visit.
