How do you program the Mitel attendant station 1000 to ring all stations (extension) in "nite one (1) mode? We have recently downsized one location and they no longer have a attendant on staff so I thought that if we leave the attendant station in nite one and program it to ring all station or extension that might help the current situation.

If you have dital sets, then I would try creating a Multiline appearance of a phantom DN on each set that needs to answer the inbound call. Then direct the inbound calls to that Multiline DN. If you have analog trunks, then you would program that in form 14. If you have Digital Trunks, then there are a couple of ways to do it. One, make the Multiline DN the same as the received digits of your main number. Two, go to form 19 and for the tenant group of the digital trunks make the option "DID routing for calls into this tenant the same as the multiline DN you created.

Good Luck

if they are LS trunks the only way I know how to do it is if you have multiline appearances of every single line on ur digital sets and then go to form 14 and under N1 go to the trucks you want to route and delete any ext that is in there and that will make all phones with the line appearances ring on N1. I wish i knew another way without having line appearances. Does anyone else know? If you want analog telephone you can set up an ONS Ring group.
