I have a BCM450, R6. During the day, AA answers the calls. At night, she hard cfw her phone to x248, which is the night bell. What they WANT to do is at 5pm, calls automatically go to the night bell. I cannot seem to make this work. Is there a way to schedule this?

Who is she? reception?
Do you mean because she forgets to forward her set at times?
And that people press 0 at night?

If so setup Table 2, tell it the Atdnt is X248
Have Table 1 (which is Adnt 221) answer day and Table 2 at night.

You can use same greeting #1 for both tables if need.
This way the only difference is when people press 0 at what time.

There is service modes but you have AA answering.
More details you give depends on suggestions, right now they are vague.

right, yes, sorry reception. And yes, callers press "0" which goes to her which is fwd to nite bell.

As much as I would like to think my solution is perfect........I forgot how to get Tables to answers parts of the day, if at all possible, maybe was just CCR Tree I was thinking about.

Back to the drawing board.
